• Trains crew on new products and policies; develops and coaches staff.
• Ensures adherence to company standards and safety/health procedures during shifts.
• Maintains inventory control and follows cash handling and loss prevention guidelines.
• Follows the operations manual and ensures proper execution of standards and procedures.
• Writes crew schedules to align with plans and objectives of management, and assists in training new managers.
