Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise floor staff and ensure smooth operations with exceptional guest service.
• Oversee FOH scheduling to balance staffing and labor costs.
• Monitor budgets and payroll to ensure expenditures align with budget.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen to ensure timely food delivery.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and training for staff.
