Lizard's Thicket is actively seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in Columbia, SC. You will lead a team, uphold our high standards for food quality and customer service, and ensure smooth service from arrival to cleanup.

The ideal candidate has solid restaurant management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to training staff. Expect AM/PM shifts, a 5-day week totaling 50–55 hours, weekends required, with a competitive

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.

• Monitor food preparation, portion sizes and dish presentation.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain high service standards.
• Order inventory and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
