• At least 1 year of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in restaurant or hospitality.

• Asian Fusion restaurant knowledge of Sushi, Food, Bar and Sake is a plus.
• Appearance policy: no facial hair, no facial piercing, no visible tattoos, natural hair color.
