Cook Out in Memphis is seeking an Hourly Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and front-of-house team. You will work hands-on with staff to deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience while upholding safety, standards, and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, fast-paced adaptability, and a proven record of training and coaching employees.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant experience is a major plus!).
• Communication: Ability to lead a large team and interact effectively with customers.
• Speed: A "fast-paced" setting should be where you shine. You must be able to multitask under pressure.
• Leadership: A proven track record of coaching and training successful employees.
