Responsibilities

  1. Oversee all restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and high-quality service and presentation.
  2. Manage compliance with operational processes and procedures to maintain a high-performing environment.
  3. Lead daily leadership tasks, including financial management, payroll, and scheduling to drive profitability.
  4. Mentor and develop your team to foster a guest-first culture and deliver exceptional service.
  5. Proactively solve problems and adapt to challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to create seamless dining experiences.
