Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant/nightclub or similar setting.
• Hospitality Management degree or college experience preferred.
• Must speak fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.
• Adhere to health safety regulations and other compliance requirements.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of the outlet or assigned portion of operations.
• Plan and organize work, communicate policies and enforce procedures.
• Assist with staffing actions, training, and certification of staff.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to complaints with appropriate recovery steps.
• Help market programs and promotions to increase sales and guest patronage.
• Maintain inventory, security of monies, and control costs; participate in inventories.
• Aim to achieve budgeted revenues and manage labor costs; contribute to annual budget.
