Hotel Northland Green Bay | Autograph Collection in Green Bay, WI seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant, room service and F&B outlets, ensuring guest satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with policies while meeting financial goals.

The role oversees staffing, budgets, promotions, sanitation, and daily operations with a flexible 40–50 hour schedule across five days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to plan and analyze budgets and forecasts.
• Excellent communication and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the restaurant, room service and other food and beverage outlets to ensure guest satisfaction and financial goals.
• Manage HR across outlets: hire, schedule, train, coach, and review performance.
• Forecast and control budgets for labor, food and beverage costs.
• Respond to guest feedback to enhance the guest experience.
• Develop promotions and displays to grow in-house and local market share.
• Maintain sanitation and compliance with SOPs and safety regulations.
• Maintain a flexible schedule (40–50 hours over five days).
