Job summary

Dunkin’ Donuts is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a franchisee-led location in New Jersey. You will lead a high-performing team, oversee daily operations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

We’re looking for 1–3 years of restaurant or retail management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a hands-on approach with a passion for customer service. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required; SERV Safe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or retail management experience (QSR experience a plus).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• SERV Safe Certified (preferred).
