  • Supervise the breakfast shift, ensuring standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Maintain equipment and food safety standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members.
  • Manage inventory, costs, and reports in compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure safety, sanitation, and security policies are followed.
  • Assist with scheduling, hiring, and training.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • 1+ year of shift management experience.
  • Ability to pass background and drug tests.
  • Preferred valid driver’s license.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, reliability, and love for service.
