General Description

The Restaurant Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, supporting, coaching, and directing the front-of-house team to meet and exceed standards and goals. The role requires maintaining high standards of guest service, food and beverage quality, safety, and financial responsibility. Responsibilities include delegating tasks, building relationships, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and possessing thorough knowledge of food, beverage, management, and food safety regulations.

Work Duties
  • Lead daily front-of-house operations
  • Support, coach, and direct the team
  • Achieve high guest satisfaction
  • Meet financial goals and uphold quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • Ensure excellent customer service
  • Follow food safety and alcohol service guidelines
  • Resolve guest issues promptly
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members
  • Schedule staff efficiently
  • Coach and recognize team achievements
  • Delegate responsibilities appropriately
  • Communicate effectively with the team
  • Follow Disney policies and guidelines
Position Requirements
  • At least 3 years of food & beverage experience
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience; restaurant leadership preferred
  • Experience in high-volume/upscale restaurants a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred
  • Manager Food Safety certification (e.g., ServSafe)
  • Stable work history demonstrating growth and strong work ethic
  • Proven leadership and customer satisfaction record
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Financial management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, allergens, OSHA guidelines
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform all job functions
