Responsibilities

• Drive sales and guest satisfaction while managing daily operations.
• Enforce employment policies in collaboration with the management team.
• Monitor tickets and pace during peak hours to optimize service.
• Conduct Taste & Temp checks to ensure quality and safety.
• Provide and oversee thorough training for staff.
• Maintain proper food handling, maintenance, and storage.
• Engage guests during table visits to gather insights and develop sales strategy.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment.Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values.
