You will oversee scheduling, inventory, training, and guest service, with preference for CrunchTime or HotSchedules experience and a proven track record in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading teams in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred
