You will drive sales, manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and back-office processes while ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CrunchTime or HotSchedules is preferred; salary $45,000–$58,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management.
• Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred.
