Restaurant Manager Fine Dining

We are searching for a Restaurant Manager with extensive wine knowledge who is dedicated to operational and culinary excellence, with a passion for guest service and excited by the possibility of future growth with our company! Established in 1997, our wide range of restaurant and event concepts has quickly grown to dozens of locations with more coming soon. With sustainability and outstanding customer service at the forefront of the business, we have been able to create not just places for people to eat, but places for people to enjoy and make lifelong memories.

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct the daily operations of the restaurant in the General Manager’s absence.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product preparation, guest relations, restaurant repair and maintenance, inventory management, and team management.
• Ensure the highest quality products and services are delivered to each guest.
• Ensure local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies are met.
• Assist in Profit & Loss Management by reviewing financial reports and taking appropriate actions.

This person will report directly to the General Manager.
