FRICKER'S USA, LLC seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager in Temperance, MI to lead a team, drive guest satisfaction, and grow daily sales. You will coach staff, implement Fricker’s brand standards, and ensure safe, friendly operations.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual setting.
• Minimum of 2 professional references.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, friendly demeanor with a customer/guest service focus.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execute Fricker’s brand of fun, food, sports and spirits.
• Drive positive sales growth.
• Maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment by following standards and procedures.
• Inspire and coach staff; set expectations and enforce policies.
• Control costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies.
