Serendipity Recruiting's client, a family-oriented Texas-style bar-b-que fast casual, seeks a Restaurant Manager in Lancaster. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a team, and ensure great bar-b-que, service, and cleanliness.

This role requires strong customer service, a positive culture, and adherence to health guidelines. You will mentor staff, manage shifts, and strive for operational excellence with opportunities for advancement.
