The Moxy Allentown is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and high standards of service. You will lead front-of-house staff, manage schedules, and collaborate with the culinary team to maintain quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to drive profitability while delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's in Hospitality preferred.
• Previous restaurant management or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest service skills; ability to train and develop staff.
• Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
