Location: Philadelphia, PA

El Camino Real is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help drive customer service and success at our high-volume Texas Mexican restaurant.

The best qualified person is passionate about food and beverage in a festive dining experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves working with a large team.

Responsibilities:

Assist daily front of house operations to ensure top-notch service and food quality

Work with, train and motivate all FOH staff

Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards

Work with the owner and operations manager to refine our beverage program

Have the opportunity to learn liquor inventory, scheduling, server and bar staff training

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of lead bar or lead server experience in a fast-paced restaurant

Strong communications and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of Mexican or Tex-Mex cuisine a big plus

Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
