YOU ARE:

• An individual with 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
• A dynamic and entrepreneurial leader with a proven ability to mentor, inspire, and guide teams toward exceptional performance, skill development, and the achievement of financial goals.
• A reliable and motivated individual with a passion for food, hospitality, and guest service, committed to professionalism and delivering high-quality service.
• Certified, or willing to obtain certification, of a valid state Food Service and Alcohol Service Certification.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required by the role.
