Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist others proactively
• Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports to meet goals
• Oversee shifts, ensuring brand standards and guest service excellence
• Monitor controls to achieve profit goals
• Develop and coach staff on standards and policies
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts
• Address employee relations and guest issues
• Support staff development through training programs
• Build community relationships to increase guest counts

Qualifications and Requirements
