• Coaches the team and creates an inviting work environment where staff feel respected and valued.
• Identifies 5-Star talent and places the right people in the right roles through effective scheduling.
• Manages daily operations and staff to execute company policies and achieve restaurant objectives.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices.
• Leads, interviews, directs, trains and develops subordinate employees with support from GM or DM.
• Trains crew in new products and processes, and cross-trains for efficient shift coverage.
• Monitors labor costs, budgets, P&L, food costs, waste, and inventory as part of shift responsibility.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness, service times, customer courtesy, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Completes administrative duties, roster planning, and adherence to company standards for crew benefits where applicable.
