The Hershey Hotel Hershey is seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee all meal periods in the Circular, from breakfast to dinner, reporting to the Director of Restaurants. Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years in food & beverage with 4 years of supervisory experience; ServSafe Allergen, ServSafe Manager, and RAMP certifications are preferred.

This position is responsible for overseeing the management and administration of food and beverage operations of all meal periods in the Circular to include breakfast, lunch, Sunday brunch, and dinner in a Forbes rated restaurant. This position will report directly to the Director of Restaurants with The Hotel Hershey.
