Responsibilities
  1. Ensure a great Guest experience
  2. Role model and hold Team Members accountable to operational and quality standards
  3. Identify root causes of issues with self-reflection, accountability, vulnerability, and transparency
  4. Foster open communication between Team Members and Management
  5. Influence Team Member behaviors by championing change and restaurant initiatives
  6. Lead with heart and mind
  7. Drive business results using Chili's systems to control costs
  8. Follow operational systems, such as the Manager Timeline and quality Line Checks
  9. Hire, train, retain, and develop Team Members for larger roles
  10. Drive Guest engagement within the restaurant and develop community relationships
  11. Understand and practice safe food handling procedures
  12. Communicate and embody Chili's culture and Beliefs: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, Play Restaurant
