6. Lead with both heart and mind
7. Drive business results using Chili's systems to control costs
8. Follow operational systems, including the Manager Timeline and quality Line Checks
9. Hire, train, retain, and develop Team Members for larger roles
10. Enhance Guest engagement and build community relationships
11. Practice safe food handling procedures
