• Model and enforce operational and quality standards among Team Members
• Identify root causes of issues with self-reflection and accountability

• Champion change and restaurant initiatives to influence Team Member behaviors
• Lead with heart and mind
• Drive business results by utilizing Chili's systems to control costs
• Follow operational systems, such as the Manager Timeline and quality Line Checks
• Hire, train, retain, and develop Team Members for larger roles
• Enhance Guest engagement and build community relationships
• Practice safe food handling procedures
