Responsibilities

• Ensure a great Guest experience
• Model and hold Team Members accountable to operational and quality standards
• Identify root causes of issues with self-reflection and accountability
• Foster open communication between Team Members and Management
• Influence Team Member behaviors by championing change and initiatives
• Lead with heart and mind
• Drive business results using Chili's systems to control costs
• Follow operational systems, such as the Manager Timeline and quality Line Checks
• Hire, train, retain, and develop Team Members for larger roles
• Drive Guest engagement and develop community relationships
• Practice safe food handling procedures
• Communicate and embody Chili's culture and beliefs: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, Play Restaurant
