Responsibilities

1. Ensure a great Guest experience
2. Model and uphold operational and quality standards with Team Members
3. Identify root causes of issues with self-reflection and accountability
4. Foster open communication among Team Members and Management
5. Champion change and restaurant initiatives to influence team behavior
6. Lead with heart and mind
7. Utilize Chili's systems to drive business results and control costs
8. Follow operational systems, including Manager Timeline and quality Line Checks
9. Hire, train, retain, and develop Team Members for larger roles
10. Enhance Guest engagement and build community relationships
11. Practice safe food handling procedures
12. Communicate and embody Chili's culture and beliefs: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, Play Restaurant
