Responsibilities

1. Ensure a great Guest experience
2. Role model and hold Team Members accountable to operational and quality standards
3. Identify root causes of issues, be self-reflective, and show accountability, vulnerability, and transparency
4. Foster open communication between Team Members and Management
5. Champion change and restaurant initiatives to influence Team Member behaviors
6. Lead with heart and mind
7. Drive business results using Chili's systems to control costs
8. Follow operational systems, such as the Manager Timeline, and perform quality Line Checks
9. Hire, train, retain, and develop Team Members for larger roles
10. Drive Guest engagement and develop community relationships
11. Practice safe food handling procedures
12. Communicate and embody Chili's culture and beliefs: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, Play Restaurant
