The Opportunity: The Four Seasons, Washington D.C., seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager for Bourbon Steak, Washington’s premier steakhouse. This award-winning establishment offers American classics with haute cuisine twists, focusing on seasonal ingredients, natural, organic, and hormone-free meats, and line-caught seafood.

Who We Look For: We seek individuals who share the Golden Rule—treating others as we wish to be treated. Passion for excellence and enthusiasm in service are essential.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for service, with strong knowledge and experience in Food and Beverage within upscale restaurants
  • 2-3 years of management experience in Food & Beverage outlets
  • Knowledge of division operations, policies, and standards, typically learned on the job
  • Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and creativity
  • Availability for irregular hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost and labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)

Compensation: $76,000 annually
