Position: Assistant General Manager

As an Assistant General Manager with ParadiesLagardère, you will bring the Starbucks experience to life by managing store operations, driving financial success, and building great teams. Candidate Requirements
  • 2-3 years of restaurant management experience.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team members professionally.
  • Minimum High School diploma or GED.
Minimum Requirements
  • Obtain and maintain a current Serve Safe Food Manager’s Certification within six months of hire or promotion.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs., stand, bend, reach, climb ladders, and walk long distances.
  • Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures and for extended periods.
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in hotel/restaurant management is preferred; practical experience and education will be considered.
  • Ability to work full time, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, Microsoft Office Suite, and mathematics.
Preferred Education and Experience

High School diploma required; 2 years of food service management experience preferred.
