Job summary

Velvet Taco is seeking a talented Restaurant Manager with hospitality and scratch kitchen experience to lead daily operations at our Grapevine location in Texas. You will help ensure guest excellence, quality food, and a smooth shift from opening to closing in a fast-paced environment.

You will train and develop teammates, uphold brand standards, and drive a 5-star guest experience while promoting from within and supporting a culture of teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 years of age.
• At least 3 years of recent full-service or fast-casual restaurant experience.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification (TABC/BASSET).
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Results driven and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Supports the management team in overseeing the daily operations of your assigned restaurant.
• Ensures effective restaurant operations, resulting in consistent high food quality and cleanliness standards.

Velvet Taco is a temple to the liberated taco. We’re a one-of-a-kind taco concept serving a chef-driven menu in a unique & funky fast-casual setting.
