Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Leawood, Kansas to lead daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and coach a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee service standards, sanitation, safety compliance, inventory, and scheduling, while promoting the brand through community events and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
