Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee operations, lead teams, and maintain food quality and safety standards in a casual dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production of the highest quality food with precision and accuracy.
• Implement proper quality‑assurance and food‑safety procedures.
• Lead teams of 10–30 per shift, managing operations with integrity and kindness.
• Serve as the primary opening/closing leader and key holder for the restaurant.
• Coaching and developing Team Leaders and Team Members.
• Maintain an excellent standard of performance and identify potential business improvement areas.
• Work quickly and efficiently while following food safety and cleanliness guidelines.
• Work on feet for several hours and lift heavy objects when necessary.

Qualifications

• Consistent, reliable, cheerful, and positive attitude.
• Teamwork oriented and passionate about serving and helping others.
• Prior experience as manager, supervisor, crew lead, shift lead, assistant manager, kitchen manager, or BOH manager.
• Proven track record in leadership and facilities management in a casual dining setting.
• Full‑time or part‑time availability.
