Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations across a high-volume venue, ensuring superior guest service and hospitality. You will train staff, coach teams, and drive excellence while promoting the Shack brand in the local community through events and outreach.

This role requires 2-3 years of restaurant management experience, strong knowledge of operations, and a willingness to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and health codes.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence.
• Understanding of the financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations.
• Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality.
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
• Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.

• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
• Food handler certification, preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours

Pay Range

Pay Range - $58,032.00 - $71,552.00
