Position Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction during their visit.
• Create a succession plan for the unit.
• Complete daily paperwork including sales reports, inventories, and other necessary documents.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Conduct monthly inspections using the Unit Inspection form.
• Order food and supplies needed daily.
• Hire, discipline staff, and create staffing schedules based on sales data.
• Hold monthly meetings with employees.
• Establish a community presence to drive sales.
• Enforce brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Represent the company professionally and treat all employees with dignity.
• Manage HR functions including paperwork, payroll, disciplinary actions, and personal data.
• Train staff on POS systems, back of house, and front of house operations.

Position Requirements:
