Job summary

LongHorn Steakhouse in Webster, Texas is looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our teams in delivering exceptional dining experiences. In this role, you will inspire and develop your culinary and service teams, ensuring every guest enjoys the ultimate steakhouse experience.

• Proven ability to develop teams and inspire a performance driven culture.
• Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution.
• Stable working history which demonstrates upward career progress.
• Current salaried management experience is preferred.
