Job summary

LongHorn Steakhouse in Michigan is seeking a qualified Restaurant Manager to lead the team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will direct service and culinary operations, coach staff, and model Legendary leadership.

The role emphasizes proven leadership, career progression, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced steakhouse environment. Availability and scheduling flexibility are valued as part of the benefits package.
