Job summary

Shake Shack in New York is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced setting.

You will train staff, manage performance, and promote the brand through community events while maintaining sanitation and safety standards. The role offers weekly pay, solid benefits, and opportunities for growth within our ShackFam.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Pay Range - $58,032.00 - $71,552.00
