Panera Bread in University City, MO is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and drive sales growth.

Lead, coach, and develop team members, schedule and train staff on food safety, and hire top talent while promoting Panera's culture of warmth and teamwork. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.

This Opportunity Is for You If:

• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• While performing this job, the Team Manager role is regularly required to: Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds.
• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
