Job summary

Panera Bread in Homewood, IL seeks a Team Manager to lead daily shifts, support team development, and uphold our high standards of food and service.

You will recruit and interview, train staff on food safety, and help reinforce our warm, inclusive culture. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required; ServSafe certification preferred.

Compensation ranges from $18 to $23.50 per hour with eligible quarterly bonuses; full benefits, paid time off, and tuition discounts are offered.

Qualifications

As a Team Manager, you'll be part of the bakery-cafe's leadership team, helping to run great shifts, support team development, and maintain the high standards our guests expect.

As a Team Manager at Panera, Your Role Includes:

• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
