Job summary

RARE Hospitality Management, LLC's LongHorn Steakhouse is seeking a proven restaurant manager to lead the service and culinary teams. You will drive a performance culture, set clear expectations, and reward achievement, delivering the ultimate steakhouse guest experience.

You will develop teams, apply robust systems for great execution, and bring upward career progress. Prior salaried management experience is preferred as you guide daily operations and staff development.
