The Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the FOH/BOH functions, including appearance, presentation, customer experience, and leadership with minimal supervision.

Position Details

• Assist with staffing, scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring, maintaining high employment standards aligned with the Bonefish Grill brand.
• Support the career growth of hourly team members.
• Implement security protocols to ensure safety for employees and guests.
• Ensure compliance with operational, safety, sanitation standards, and legal requirements.
• Respond to guest comments, build loyalty, and set service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and preparation standards.
• Engage in community and market opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

• One year of previous restaurant management experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Minimum age 21 years.

Preferred Requirements

• One year of full-service restaurant management experience (including bar).
• Food safety certification.
• Willingness to relocate within the region.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
