Shake Shack is seeking a restaurant manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced setting, ensuring top-tier service and guest satisfaction. You will train staff, motivate the team, and coach for excellence while promoting the brand within the local community.

Ideal candidates bring 2-3 years of management experience, strong operations knowledge, and a customer-focused mindset with flexibility in hours. This role emphasizes leadership and adherence to sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Understanding of restaurant operations including personnel management and health codes.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
• Food handler certification, preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours

Pay Range - $58,032.00 - $71,552.00
