Job summary

Shake Shack in the United States is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will train staff across all Shack operations, coach for excellence, and drive brand presence in the local community through events and initiatives.

The role requires 2-3 years of high-volume restaurant leadership, strong operations knowledge, and a solid understanding of cost control and staffing.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.

Pay Range - $53,227.20 - $65,603.20
