As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations, ensuring company standards, exceptional customer experience, and professional leadership. All new managers will complete an extensive Manager in Training (MIT) program before assuming full responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the success of the restaurant’s operations, FOH & BOH.
• Lead a team to success, provide mentorship, and create an enjoyable environment.
• Optimize profits with labor, food & beverage costs, through proper ordering and inventory practices; handle policies & procedures; maintain compliance.
• Increase customer satisfaction while managing service standards.
• Continuously grow the business through sales and marketing.
• Recruit new talent for future staff openings.
• Maintain safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards; ensure quality of food with proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specs.
• Be passionate about the taste and temperature of each dish and perfect plate presentations.
• Demonstrate immaculate standards while maintaining an organized and “like new” restaurant.

Requirements

• 2+ years management experience within a restaurant with up to 50+ staff; preferably full‑service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated success in a leadership role.
• Flexible to work at other locations in the region when needed.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Highly proficient in English verbal, reading & writing communication skills.
• For California positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required (can be completed during training, up to 60 days after start date).
