Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing people.
• Solid understanding of restaurant financials and operating systems.
• Commitment to hospitality and delivering exceptional Guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to move throughout the restaurant and perform physical tasks up to 30 lbs
