Job Overview

Responsible for leading department-level restaurant operations; demonstrates leadership grounded in the principles and promises of the Bahama Breeze Way. Enables the team to deliver a Caribbean escape experience, with success measured by consistent results through our systems, methods, and procedures, focusing on all stakeholders. The role aims for sustained growth in sales and profits via personal, people, business, and results leadership.

Reports to: General Manager
