You will drive guest satisfaction, manage staff, schedules, inventory, and uphold company standards while delivering strong sales performance.

The role requires hands-on coaching, effective communication, and the ability to hire, train, and retain a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading teams in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Experience hiring, training and developing employees.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management.
• Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules or similar systems.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with 2+ years of leadership experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), retail, or hospitality environments.
