Socket.dev is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting. The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and inventory management abilities, with familiarity in CrunchTime or HotSchedules preferred.

You will hire, train, and retain staff, monitor labor and inventory, and ensure cost controls while delivering exceptional service to guests and supporting store leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading teams in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment

Job Summary

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with 2+ years of leadership experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), retail, or hospitality environments. This role will lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and systems such as CrunchTime or HotSchedules is preferred.
